Electrical temperature measuring instruments are devices used to measure the temperature of an object or material and temperatures inside a sealed enclosure. They can be either analog or digital and come in various shapes and sizes. Analog devices use a thermocouple, which is a metal-coated electrical resistance heating device that converts heat energy into mechanical motion.
